Behold, the Norse gods.

Gunnesgården in Upplands Väsby is a reconstruction of a viking farm.

I brought Tuwa with me and we saw how a viking cottage could look like inside and out. Around the cottage there were clues as to what vikings ate, what toys children played with and what tools people used during the viking period.

There was even an “altar” outside the house, with wooden sculptures of norse gods.

I went to Gunnesgården to watch a documentary film shooting and interview the director and the actors playing the roles of vikings.
